Match the platen to the full design.
The compact press ranges list 12 x 12, 15 x 15, 16 x 20, 16 x 24 and 20 x 24 inch configurations. Check the actual transfer area and garment placement before choosing a size. A 16 x 24 heat press is available within these existing series; it is not a separate printing technology.
Manual or automatic T-shirt heat press?
Compare the controls and bed arrangement alongside the dimensions, rated power and machine weight. Ask to see the selected configuration operating with a material relevant to your work. Published dimensions alone do not establish output per hour or suitability for a particular fabric.
When should you consider a large-format press?
Full jersey panels or larger garment transfers may need the large-format range. If you are assembling a complete printing setup, also confirm how the image will be printed and which transfer paper, ink and blank garments are compatible.
